Graduation Dates and Information
The graduation ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dee Events Center on the campus of Weber State University. There will be a mandatory graduation practice for all seniors that same morning at 8:00 a.m. (also at the Dee Events Center). We have had a great year and look forward to many great things from the class of ’14.
Some dates of note:
May 1– Attendance Credit must be cleared for all Seniors
May 14– Scholarship Assembly (1:00 p.m. in Auditorium)
May 14– Cap and Gown pick-up at lunches
May 15– Awards Assembly (7:45 a.m. in Auditorium)
May 19– Baccalaureate for Seniors (6:00 p.m. in Auditorium)
May 19– Senior yearbook signing (7:00 p.m. in Commons)
May 20– Graduation (school dismissed at 12:15 p.m.)
May 24– Last day of school for Juniors and Sophomores
Seniors and parents, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact either your councilor or the assigned assistant principal (Craig Jessop for last starting A-G, Quinn Talbot for last names H-O and Teri Spiers for last names P-Z). Please check and make sure you are on track and eligible to graduate. The deadline for all make-up and graduation related work for approval and clearance to participate in the graduation ceremony is 3:00 p.m. on May 16th. Please contact your councilor or administrator if you have questions about it.
