New Student Checklist
In order to register at Weber High School, you must provide the following information:
- Immunization record
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency (utility bill or mortgage/rental agreement)
- New Student Registration Forms (see link below to print)

Parent Information Packet (Keep for your records. You do not need to bring with you to registration.)
