Mr. Taylor Allen, Assistant Principal

As the Assistant Principal overseeing Athletics and Operations at Weber High School, my goal is to create an environment where students, parents, and the community have great experiences, feel connected and valued.

Athletics should be more than just competition—it should be an experience that shapes our student-athletes for life. I am committed to ensuring that our athletes have the opportunity to grow, learn, and create lasting memories through their participation. I believe in fostering strong relationships between the school, families, and the community so that everyone feels a sense of pride and belonging in Weber High athletics.

Beyond athletics, I also oversee other critical entities of Weber High. Each of these areas plays a crucial role in creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient school environment where students can thrive. Whether it’s maintaining our facilities, ensuring safety protocols, or providing nutritious meals, my goal is to support the daily operations that make Weber High a great place for students to learn and grow.
