On Thursday, we rolled out the red carpet for our most creative students at Weberfest—an academy-awards-style celebration spotlighting incredible talent in video production, graphic art & design, and photography across Weber School District! Held at Walker Cinemas in North Ogden, students from all of our high schools were recognized and showcased their best work in 25+ categories. It was inspiring to see the passion and skill displayed across so many different forms of media. To top it off, students enjoyed a classic movie theater experience—complete with popcorn and a drink—as they watched the winning entries on the big screen. We are so proud of the creativity and talent shown by our students—and we can’t wait to see what they create next!

Weber High recently had the incredible opportunity to host Neal Shusterman, the best-selling author of many beloved books. He spoke with English classes and faculty about his journey as a writer, answered questions about his latest works, and shared behind-the-scenes stories about life as an author. He also discussed his newest book, All Better Now, and the inspirations behind his bestselling stories. We appreciate guests like Neal Shusterman who take the time to share their experiences and insights with us. Thank you, Neal Shusterman, for visiting Weber High and inspiring our students!

We recently celebrated the grand opening of the Weber High Teen Center—the fifth teen center in Weber School District! This incredible space will provide essential support for students in need, offering a safe place to shower, do laundry, study, and access resources to help them succeed. By removing barriers that can make it difficult to focus on school, the teen center empowers students to stay engaged in their education and reach their full potential. A huge thank you to the Weber School Foundation, the generous donors, Hogan Construction, Ogden Weber Chamber of Commerce, and all who made this possible. Weber cheerleaders, student government, and Chamber Choir students brought energy and excitement to the event, showcasing their school spirit and leadership. Their support highlighted what makes Weber High such a strong and united community!

Spreading smiles one call at a time! ✨ The Weber School District in collaboration with CTE provides the Happiness Hotline. This is a unique community service project where elementary students share life advice, encouragement, and jokes to brighten your day. Dial 833-88HAPPY (833-884-2779) and experience the power of positivity!
